Order Processing
3D Printed items generally take substantial time to print. Expect 2-3 weeks from date of order until date of shipping. As the business grows, we will try to expand our printing operations but there may be order surges that will increase order shipping time from date of purchase.
Order Modifications
Due to the abundance of order changes that have happened over the past few months, we need to change policy. There is now a $10 Order Modification fee if you want items in your order changed or quantities adjusted. We are a small operation and do not have the staff to sit and modify orders on a constant basis. Please order wisely.
Cancellation Policy
All cancelled orders will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. Please order appropriately and understand the time required to program, print and process 3D printed orders as well as re-stock the inventory and website. The 15% fee applies to printed and non-3D printed items.
Returns Policy
There is NO WARRANTY for 3D printed items. If an item is broken through any type of usage the item will not be replaced or refunded. 3D printed items are for display only. Use at your own risk.
You may return most new, unopened or unused items within 5 days of delivery for a refund. Beyond 5 days or opened product are not eligible for returns.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
